procedures to apply for concert tickets to the Hanryu fancard SS501 concert
on April 25.
But I will not be translating it in full, only "extract" the important points

April 25 Hanryu Fancard Concert

Ticket application period: 2010/04/03 (sat) ~ 04/07 (wed)
(only limited to 100, prior to closing period)

Tickets application only limited to 100 applicants, only those who are confirmed going should apply for it, why?
because if you have changed plans not to attend it afterwards, no refunds of application fee would be returned to you.
You could only exchange your tickets on that concert day, provided you are going; so please consider carefully before deciding.

(Tokyo = yeonhap news) Popular group SS501 will be holding an individual concert to meet with fans next month on the 25th at Saitama Super Arena.

This concert is a signed partnership between Korea Anex Telecom and Japan's biggest portal Yahoo! Japan,the concert will be the first event held under the newly initiated service 「Hanryu Fan Card」, it will be opened to only the first 10,000 card applicants.

The 'Hanryu fan card' will allow you to participate in the concerts and parties that Hanryu celebrities will hold, it will also offer you free admission tickets into it. Through Yahoo Japan's 「Hanryu Fan Card」 site, you may get to use the free service for the various Hanryu contents. Beginning from April, the card will entitle you to participate in 12 free concerts in Japan across a year, on a basis of one per month; it is a chance for you to attend also any concert held in the country. The reason why it's a "free" concert has double meanings;
because you don't have to pay direct $$$ for it unlike usual conc. tix,
and then, next, you only need to pay for the Hanryu card^^
you make the card, process, apply, buy
from then on, you only use that card to participate in all Hanryu acts
so do you call that 'free'?ㅋㅋ

After appearing in Korean drama "Boys over Flowers", group SS501 led by Kim Hyun Joong who booted to fame in Japan, is going to hold their concert specially limited to Hanryu Fan Card members only!
Only the first 10,000 applicants applying for Hanryu fancard will be served.

Results released: 2010 mid-april
*The result will be released via mail to only those applicants that have been confirmed their attendance to this event. The mail will be sent to the email address that you had used to register with your Yahoo! Japan ID that was used for application of Hanryu fan card.

To note:
-1 application per person only
-Should the application for Hanryu fan card be impropriety, he/she will be cancelled for their attendance to this event.
-He/she must bring along their valid proof before heading for concert.
