Quintet group SS501 has finally brought a perfect close to their asia tour Persona which began last August.
SS501's asia tour encore concert stage was held on 27th and 28th at the Seoul Olympic Park Gymnasium Hall, this brought about a perfect close to the asia tour. Began from Korea, then to Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand asian concerts, it attracted tens of thousands of fans. SS501 held a press conference before the concert on 27th, expressed their thoughts regarding this asia tour. "We managed to breathe simultaneously with countless fans through this opportunity, and cooperate, we could feel the solidity of the stage and audiences. I feel that we have managed to improve in every aspect through these 6 months of performance. SS501 who has now reached their mid-20s is now able to display a stage that brings out our age." -What did you gain through this asia tour?
"It made up for many deficiencies that were prior to this. Especially the SOLO stages that each member prepared for, able to display their new side to the fans through this concert. This has turned into an opportunity for each member to show each's speciality, we also matured a lot." (Park Jung Min)
-If there was anything to be pitiable about?
"It began since last autumn, it went through winter until now spring. I feel very unfortunate that it has ended just like this. But I don't feel that this is the end. If we were to say this is the first asia tour, then there shall be a second, a third." (Kim Hyun Joong)
-When do you plan to have another concert to meet with fans.
"So long as fans are there, even now, wherever it may be we would want to sprint towards them. But we have to first plan for production of new album. If the new album finished production, only then would we be able to meet the audiences with pleasant music through a concert." (Kim Hyung Jun)
-When to release a new album?
"(Because of team name) We decide to release on '501 day'. Although we plan to release album on May 1, but we are still not sure whether or not it is the official 2nd album or just a mini album." (Kim Hyun Joong)
-Heard that the ranking of idol groups by netizens is very popular on the net these days
"I saw that Park Jung Min is the number 1 in our group ne." (Kim Hyung Jun)
"Many people may feel that way, but in reality it isn't like this. I'm just playing a supplementary role beside the leader. Rather than to say the special someone in SS501 is the leader, it's better to say that we all complement each other, cooperating with one another. But as to my complexion, it is really number 1.
