Kim HyunJoong and Jung SoMin's new MBC Wed-Thurs drama 'Playful Kiss' will air itself in Japan in upcoming December.
On the 24th, according to production company Group eight, 'Playful Kiss' is known to meet with the Japanese audiences in upcoming December through cable channel Mnet Japan. Though the exact broadcast date isn't decided for now, it is said that it will air on a basis of 2 episodes per week, and with that it shows the amount of interest Japan has for 'Playful Kiss'.
'Playful Kiss' is a manga-adapted drama, it had also been spun into animations and TV dramas in countries like Japan and Taiwan before, garnering popularity and fame over it.
Following after 'Boys over Flowers', drama 'Playful Kiss' that has high amount of interest over it in many asian countries has been the core of attention even before its casts were decided. Such similar enthusiastic responses show the trust and credibility the production company has, who has also produced hot dramas like 'Goong' and 'Boys over flowers'.
On the other hand, Jung SoMin, Kim HyunJoong, Lee TaeSung, Jung HyeYoung etc who stars across in 'Playful Kiss' will air itself on September 1 after current drama 'Road No.1' ends its run.
